The various types of certification (GIA, IGI, AIG, SGL, and possibly others) are opinions of prestigious gemological institutes recognized and authorized at an international level. VERONIK WATCHECHES, as an intermediary, assumes no responsibility for such evaluations of the institutes issuing the certificates nor for the indications provided by the proposers of the products. VERONIK WATCHES reserves the right to extend the auction at the request of the bidder without prior notice.

2.. AUCTION FEES The successful bidder will pay VERONIK WATCHES an auction fee of 25%. VERONIK WATCHES will apply the margin regime to the aforementioned fees. In other words, VAT is applied to lots received from Sellers subject to VAT who will be subject, in addition to the VAT calculated on the Auction fee, also to VAT on the hammer price.

3. PARTICIPATION IN THE AUCTION Before each Auction, all participants are required, in order for a possible award to be valid, to fill out a participation form on the portal with their personal data. It should be noted that, in any case, VERONIK WATCHES reserves the right not to accept offers.

4. DESCRIPTION OF LOTS VERONIK WATCHES acts as an agent for the Sellers and declines all responsibility for the description of the items. After the award, neither VERONIK WATCHES nor the Sellers may be held responsible for defects relating to the state of conservation, incorrect attribution, authenticity, provenance, weight or lack of quality of the items. Neither VERONIK WATCHES nor its staff may issue any guarantee in this regard, except in cases provided for by law. The consumer is informed of the rights he is entitled to pursuant to art. 130 of the Consumer Code (in particular with regard to the consumer's right to have the conformity of the goods restored, free of charge, and the duration of the guarantee) that there is no lack of conformity if, at the time of purchase, the buyer was aware of the defect or could not have ignored it with ordinary diligence.

5. PAYMENT OF THE PRICE The total payment of the hammer price including charges may be immediately requested by VERONIK WATCHES, in any case it must be paid in full, in Euros, within four days of the award. The payment and collection of the lots must be made as specified on the proforma invoice page sent at the end of the auction. In default, VERONIK WATCHES, without prejudice to the compensation for further damages, may: 1. proceed with the forced execution of the obligations arising from the purchase; 2. sell the lot by private negotiation or in a subsequent auction to the detriment of the Successful Bidder, retaining any advance payments received as a penalty. 3. The object will be kept by VERONIK WATCHES at the risk and expense of the Successful Bidder until it is sold as above or returned to the Seller upon request of the latter. In any case, until the date of return or sale, the Successful Bidder will be required to pay VERONIK WATCHES a penalty equal to the interest, calculated on the hammer price plus the Auction costs, at the interbank rate in force increased by two points; the interest thus calculated will be applied to the sums due starting from the eighth day following the date of the award.

6. COLLECTION OF LOTS The successful bidder, having paid the hammer price and the Auction costs, must collect the purchased lots at his own risk and expense no earlier than 10 working days after payment. After this period, VERONIK WATCHES will be exonerated from any liability towards the successful bidder in relation to the custody, any deterioration of the objects and will have the right to transfer the uncollected lots at the expense and risk of the buyer to its offices or public or private warehouses. Upon express request, VERONIK WATCHES may organize, at the expense and risk of the Buyer, the transportation and insurance of the lot.

7. DEROGATIONS Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained herein, VERONIK WATCHES reserves the right to agree with the Buyers on special forms of payment, to store in a public/private warehouse or sell privately the lots awarded and not collected, to insure the lots awarded, to resolve disputes and claims made by or against the Buyers and in general to undertake any initiative deemed appropriate in order to collect sums owed by the Buyer and also, depending on the circumstances, to cancel the sale.

8. INFORMATION ON LOTS The goods are sold in their current state. No “at best” or “subject to inspection” offers will be accepted. The department responsible for the Auction will be happy to provide information reports upon request, which represent only the opinion of our experts and may be subject to revision. All information on metal hallmarks, carats, quality and weight of gold, diamonds and coloured gemstones are to be considered purely indicative and approximate. VERONIK WATCHES cannot be held responsible for any errors contained in the above information and for the artful forgery of precious objects. Some weights in the catalogue have been determined by measurements. These data must be considered only as a rough indication and should not be taken as exact. VERONIK WATCHES does not guarantee any certificates enclosed with the precious items made by independent gemological laboratories, nor the authenticity of the gems sealed in blister packs of which VERONIK WATCHES only verifies the external integrity of the seal, even if references to such tests may be cited for information purposes for the successful bidders.

9.POSSIBLE CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES ON THE LOTS In addition to any other obligation or right provided for in these Conditions of Sale, VERONIK WATCHES, in the event that it has been informed or becomes aware of any claim or right of third parties relating to the ownership, possession or detention of the Lot, may, at its discretion, retain the Lot in custody pending the resolution of the dispute or for the entire period deemed reasonably necessary for such resolution.

10. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING The customer acknowledges and accepts, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 22 Legislative Decree no. 231/2007 (Anti-Money Laundering Decree), to provide all necessary and updated information to allow VERONIK WATCHES to fulfill its customer due diligence obligations. It is understood that the completion of the transaction is subject to the release by the Customer of the information requested by VERONIK WATCHES for the fulfillment of the aforementioned obligations. Pursuant to art. 42 Legislative Decree no. 231/07, VERONIK WATCHES reserves the right to abstain and not conclude the transaction in the event of objective impossibility of carrying out customer due diligence.

11. APPLICABLE LAW This contract is governed by Italian law.

12. DISPUTES These Conditions of Sale are automatically accepted by those competing in the Auction and are available to any interested party who requests them. For any dispute, the jurisdiction of the Court of FERRARA is established. It should be noted that the clause derogating from the consumer forum has been the subject of specific individual negotiation and the contractor declares to accept its content.

propone in asta prodotti già certificati o con le indicazioni previste dall'

proponenti dei prodotti da mettere all’asta. Le varie tipologie di certificazione (GIA, IGI,

AIG, SGL, ed eventualmente altri) sono pareri prestigiosi e riconosciuti a livello internazionale

istituti gemmologici autorizzati. VERONIK WATCHES, in qualità di intermediario, no

assumersi ogni responsabilità per tali valutazioni da parte degli istituti emittenti i certificati

o per le informazioni fornite dai proponenti dei prodotti. OROLOGI VERONIK

si riserva il diritto di prolungare l'asta su richiesta dell'aggiudicatario senza preavviso.

2. COMMISSIONI D'ASTA L'aggiudicatario pagherà a VERONIK WATCHES un'asta

commissione per ogni lotto indicato nella singola asta. Su quanto sopra

commissioni VERONIK WATCHES applicherà il regime del margine. In altri viene applicata l’IVA

ai lotti consegnati da Venditori soggetti IVA i quali saranno soggetti, oltre all'IVA

calcolato sulla commissione d'asta, comprensiva di IVA sul prezzo di aggiudicazione.

3. PARTECIPAZIONE ALL'ASTA Prima di ogni Asta tutti i partecipanti sono tenuti a

per la validità dell'eventuale premio, compilare un modulo di partecipazione dal portale Liveauctioneers

con i propri dati personali. Da segnalare che, in ogni caso, VERONIK WATCHES

si riserva il diritto di non accettare offerte.

4. DESCRIZIONE DEI LOTTI VERONIK WATCHES agisce in qualità di agente dei Venditori

e declina ogni responsabilità sulla descrizione degli oggetti. Dopo il premio, nemmeno

VERONIK WATCHES né i Venditori possono essere ritenuti responsabili per difetti relativi allo stato

di conservazione, per l'errata attribuzione, autenticità, provenienza, peso o mancanza di qualità

gli oggetti. Né VERONIK WATCHES né il suo staff potranno rilasciare alcuna garanzia

a tal fine, salvo i casi previsti dalla legge. Il consumatore è informato sull'

diritti di cui è titolare ai sensi dell'art. 130 del Codice del Consumo (in particolare per quanto riguarda l'

diritto del consumatore al ripristino, senza spese, della conformità del bene e della durata dello stesso

la garanzia) che non sussiste alcun difetto di conformità se, al momento dell'acquisto, l'acquirente era

fosse a conoscenza del difetto o non potesse ignorarlo con l’ordinaria diligenza.

5. PAGAMENTO DEL PREZZO Il pagamento totale del prezzo di aggiudicazione comprensivo delle spese

potrà essere immediatamente richiesto da VERONIK WATCHES, in ogni caso dovrà essere effettuato

intero, in Euro, entro quattro giorni dall'aggiudicazione. Il pagamento e il ritiro dei lotti dovranno essere effettuati

effettuato come specificato nella pagina della fattura proforma inviata al termine dell'asta. Fallendo

VERONIK WATCHES, salvo il risarcimento del maggior danno, potrà:

procedere all'esecuzione coattiva delle obbligazioni nascenti dall'acquisto;

disporre del lotto mediante trattativa privata o in una successiva Asta a scapito del

aggiudicatario, trattenendo eventuali anticipi ricevuti a titolo di penale. L'oggetto sarà custodito da

VERONIK WATCHES a rischio e spese dell'Aggiudicatario fino alla vendita come

sopra o restituiti al Venditore su richiesta dello stesso. In ogni caso, fino alla data di

restituzione o vendita, l'aggiudicatario sarà tenuto a pagare a VERONIK WATCHES una penale

pari agli interessi, calcolati sul prezzo di aggiudicazione più diritti d'asta, presso l'interbancario

aliquota in vigore più due punti; sugli importi dovuti verranno applicati gli interessi così calcolati

dall'ottavo giorno successivo alla data dell'aggiudicazione.

6. RITIRO DEI LOTTI L'aggiudicatario, pagato il prezzo di aggiudicazione e l'

diritti d'asta, dovrà ritirare i lotti acquistati a proprio rischio e con spese n

prima di 5 giorni lavorativi dal pagamento. Trascorso tale termine, VERONIK WATCHES lo farà

essere esonerato da ogni responsabilità nei confronti dell'aggiudicatario in relazione all'

custodia, qualsiasi deterioramento degli oggetti e avrà diritto di trasferire quanto non ritirato

I lotti a spese e rischio dell'acquirente presso i propri uffici o magazzini pubblici o privati.

Su espressa richiesta, VERONIK WATCHES può organizzare il trasporto e l'assicurazione degli

il lotto a spese e rischio dell'aggiudicatario.

7. ECCEZIONI Nonostante qualsiasi disposizione contraria contenuta nel presente documento,

VERONIK WATCHES si riserva il diritto di concordare con gli aggiudicatari moduli speciali

del pagamento, depositare in magazzino pubblico/privato o vendere privatamente i lotti aggiudicati e

non ritirati, per assicurare i lotti aggiudicati, per risolvere controversie e contenziosi. effettuato da

o nei confronti degli aggiudicatari ed in generale di intraprendere ogni azione ritenuta ritenuta opportuna

misurazioni. Questi dati devono essere considerati solo indicativi e non dovrebbero

essere acquisiti come accurati. VERONIK WATCHES non garantisce alcun certificato

allegati ai preziosi eseguiti da laboratori gemmologici indipendenti, né il

autenticità delle gemme sigillate in blister di cui VERONIK WATCHES si limita a verificarne l'autenticità

integrità esterna del sigillo, anche se i riferimenti di tali prove possono essere citati a titolo informativo

9. EVENTUALI PRETESE DI TERZI SUI LOTTI Oltre ad ogni altro obbligo o diritto

11. LEGGE APPLICABILE Il presente contratto è regolato dalla legge italiana.

12. CONTROVERSIE Le presenti Condizioni di Vendita si intendono automaticamente accettate da chi

concorrono all'Asta e sono a disposizione di qualunque interessato ne faccia richiesta. IL
